I did a lot of research before purchasing this DVD and although I found complaints, I read several positive reviews. Unfortunately, I must add to the negative. As soon as I used the DVD player, it said bad disc on all of our burned DVD's. Which I thought, no big deal, we'll just use the store bought DVD's. Then, about 6 months in, all DVD's read BAD DISC. This was such a disapointment. I paid 246.00 for this player, including tax and now a year later, it doesn't work at all. Don't even bother!

I bought this DVD player after reading reviews. I soon learned this company's DVDs are hit and miss. I missed. 2 days after my purchase the screen went blank. I has sound but, no picture. I found out that this is a common problem with Poloroid's DVDs. Their warranty is only 90 days. Some DVDs go out after 6 months. Be careful.
